| DETAILS & DIRECTIONS | ||||||||
| Fairford can be found on the A417, between Cirencester & Lechlade. | ||||||||
| The Football club is on the eastern side of the town, either as the houses start, or, | ||||||||
| as they end-depending on direction of travel. | ||||||||
| There will be signs put up at either end of the town directing you to the club. | ||||||||
| All traffic will be directed down Cinder Lane- please DO NOT use the field | ||||||||
| entrance. | ||||||||
| Caravans will be directed past the clubhouse and into the field beyond the club | ||||||||
| Upon arrival, please park where directed and go to the stand where you will | ||||||||
| be booked in. Those that have not pre-paid will need to do so then. | ||||||||
| You will then be issued with car pass(es) according to how many cars in | ||||||||
| your party, together with some other site information. | ||||||||
| After this, proceed through the gateway and into the camping field, where | ||||||||
| stewards will help you find a pitch. | ||||||||
| As we are expecting a lot of campers this year, please pitch your tents sensibly | ||||||||
| and in accordance with the stewards wishes-anyone having booked adjacent | ||||||||
| pitches will be given them -you may need to remind the stewards of this, although | ||||||||
| this will be recorded on the admission sheets. | ||||||||
| If you have special needs, please make someone aware of this on arrival. | ||||||||
| All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and all mess must be cleared up | ||||||||
| BBQ's are allowed, but the usual precautions apply. | ||||||||
| Please place all rubbish in the black bags issued on arrival and place in skip | ||||||||
| which will be located in the lane, at the back of the clubhouse. | ||||||||
| Showers will be available at any time, but please leave the rooms tidy & take your | ||||||||
| belongings with you-anything left behind will be binned. | ||||||||
| Toilets will also be available at all times. | ||||||||
| There will be music & a BBQ on both Friday & Saturday nights for those who wish | ||||||||
| to take advantage of this. Please be as quiet as you can when leaving the | ||||||||
| clubhouse as there are residents in the lane who we do not wish to upset. | ||||||||
| Please note! | ||||||||
| Last year we had several instances of unreasonable behaviour which resulted in | ||||||||
| persons being asked to leave. Any such behaviour this year will NOT be tolerated | ||||||||
| and we will not hesitate to eject anyone found to be mis-behaving and causing | ||||||||
| upset to other campers. We will be having regular Police patrols to help us control | ||||||||
| the campsite and will have a night crew both Friday & Saturday. | ||||||||
